Sattvic Knowledge: Atman in everything (Gita)

Only Brahmajnana allows men their Self-Knowledge. Bhagavad Gita 13-20

Courses: Bhagavad Gita - Jnana Yoga

Brahmajnana alone is what enables men to know what they really are (Sattvic Knowledge)

«Sri Krishna: That knowledge which allows one to see the one inseparable Reality (Atman) in all beings, even if they are separated into different categories, is Sattvic Jnana (Sattvic Knowledge» Bhagavad Gita 13-20 Yoga of Liberation by Renunciation

Commentary by Swami Vidya Prakashananda (author of the Gita Makaranadam):

«.. People talk about different types of knowledge in the world, such as knowledge of physics or mathematics, or of arts such as painting and architecture, etc, of administrative and political systems, etc. This knowledge does not take one beyond the objective world. Unity is not perceived or learned by this knowledge.

What science can teach people to know the indivisible and indestructible Atman?
What science can take them beyond the reach of death and destruction?
What science can help you see the Eternal and Immortal in this ever-changing universe?

No material science can open this eye of knowledge. Only “Brahma Vidya” will enable men to see the world as it really is. Brahmajnana alone is what enables men to know what they really are, and what will break the blinding veil of ignorance and delusion..»
